Where to Find Your Stake Monthly Bonus

Every month a few people message us with the same problem: they know the monthly bonus went out, other players are talking about it, and they cannot find theirs. Nine times out of ten the bonus is sitting somewhere they did not look. This is a short map of where Stake actually puts it.

First, the timing

Stake does not pay the monthly on a fixed calendar day. It lands around the middle of the month, and a smaller "post-monthly" top-up can follow a few days later. The August 2026 notice we mirrored, for example, was the second drop of that month and went up on 21 August. If it is the 10th and you have nothing, you are simply early. Our monthly bonus page shows the exact date each notice was posted, so you can compare against previous months instead of guessing.

Place 1: the email on your Stake account

For Non-VIP, Bronze, Silver and Gold accounts this is where the bonus arrives. Stake sends it to the email address registered on the account, not to whatever address you use day to day, and it comes either as a direct bonus or as a 5-day reload that pays out a slice every day.

Things that hide it:

• Promotions or spam tabs. Gmail in particular likes to file Stake mail under Promotions. Search your mailbox for "Stake" and sort by date.
• An old address. If you registered years ago with an address you no longer check, the bonus is going there. Update it under account settings before next month.
• Two accounts, wrong login. Rare, but it happens: the wagering was on one account, the mailbox belongs to another.

Place 2: the Offers section in your account

Some bonuses appear directly in the Stake site under your account's Offers area (on desktop it is under Settings), even when the email is late or missing. It is worth opening this before contacting anyone, because a reload that was already credited will be listed here along with what is left to claim.

Place 3: the VIP Notices channel

Platinum and Diamond players do not get an email link. Stake posts their claim links in its VIP Notices channel, usually as two separate links, one per tier. That post is also where Stake writes the one-line summary for lower tiers ("check your email for a bonus or 5 day reload").

If you are not in that channel, we mirror each notice within minutes on the monthly bonus page, including the Platinum and Diamond links while they are live. Each month also gets its own archive page, for example the August 2026 notice, so you can see what was posted and when even after the links expire. Turn on the notification bell on that page and your browser gets a push when the next notice lands. We limit it to one message per topic per day, so it will not nag you.

Place 4: your VIP host

Diamond players and some Platinum players have a host. If your notice is missing or the amount looks wrong, the host can check it faster than general support. Message them with your username and the month in question.

If none of those has it

Two checks before you write to support:

1. Did you wager in the previous 30 days? Accounts with no play in the window are not eligible, and there is no email to find.
2. Has it been 48 hours since the notice? Stake sends in batches. A quiet inbox on the day of the post is normal.

After that, open Stake live chat and give them your username and the month. Keep it short; they will look up whether a bonus was generated for the account.

One thing the code does not change

A promo code does not affect the monthly. Code RAZOR is applied at registration for the welcome bonus and rakeback; the monthly and weekly bonuses are paid to every eligible player on top of that, code or no code.
